Who we are
PERITRA is based in the Czech Republic. We combine expertise in cyber security, physical security, business continuity and crisis management with the development of a digital platform for coordinated crisis response.
Led by co-founders Adam Wlodyka and Jan Kolář, the company works with a multidisciplinary network of specialists. Our approach is grounded in operational experience and intended for environments where disruption can significantly affect operations, finances and people.
01 / PLAN
A static plan does not manage the situation on its own.
02 / WORKFLOW
PERITRA translates the plan into coordinated role-based workflows.
03 / COORDINATED RESPONSE
Roles, information, decisions and tasks come together in one managed operational flow.
04 / VALIDATION
Response capability can be validated in a realistic scenario before full deployment.
PERITRA / FROM PLAN TO ACTION
PERITRA combines expertise in security and resilience with a functional prototype that translates static plans into coordinated role-based workflows. Tailored pilot collaboration allows prospective partners and clients to evaluate selected workflows in realistic scenarios.
The specific scope of the plan elements, rules, roles and integrations to be translated is defined and validated for each pilot.
PERITRA translates an approved crisis procedure into a digital scenario. Once the event is verified, one click gives every role its tasks, priorities and escalation path.

With PERITRA
Scenario activated; roles receive specific actions.
The team does not start by looking for the procedure. A managed response begins as soon as the event is verified.
Every role sees only the relevant task, the order of steps and the moment of escalation.
The approved procedure, confirmations and decisions stay traceable for management and audit.
PERITRA draws on the experience of people from special units, police negotiation teams and crisis staffs.
Decisions, confirmations and escalations remain securely recorded and traceable.
Scenario deployment and validation take place in a separate environment without disrupting the organisation’s day-to-day operations.
Immediate scenario activation with tasks automatically assigned to specific roles in the organisation.
