Security policy
Staging working draft. This text is a working version in a private staging environment (noindex). Before public launch it must be approved by the responsible person and verified against the actual configuration of the services.
1. Temporary contact for submitting a report
If you believe you have found a security issue related to this website or a publicly available PERITRA service, the report can temporarily be submitted to info@peritraholding.com with the subject "Security report PERITRA". This is a general contact address, not a declared continuously monitored security channel.
2. What to include
- the affected URL or service and a brief description of the issue;
- the steps needed to reproduce it safely;
- the potential impact and any recommended remediation;
- a contact through which technical details can be clarified.
3. Safe testing
Do not obtain more data than is necessary to confirm the issue. Do not modify or delete data, do not disrupt the availability of the service, do not carry out social engineering and do not continue testing if it could harm users or third parties.
4. Coordinated disclosure
Please allow us reasonable time to verify and remediate before publishing details. This page does not constitute a public bug bounty programme or a promise of reward. We will coordinate the specific procedure according to the nature of the report.
5. Scope
Only public systems expressly operated by PERITRA are in scope. Please also report supplier and third-party systems to their respective operator.
