1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed through this website and related communication is Peritra Holding s.r.o., Company ID 23912928, with its registered office at Klínová 620/1, Hulváky, 709 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic (hereinafter "PERITRA" or the "Controller"). Please send questions and requests concerning personal data protection to info@peritraholding.com.

2. Scope of this policy

This working version describes processing when visiting the website and during direct contact by e-mail, telephone or through the contact form. The current staging site contains no newsletter and no user account.

3. Categories of data

• Contact form data — name, organisation, e-mail, telephone and message, depending on which fields you choose to complete voluntarily; fields marked as required are necessary to submit the form.
• Data from other communication — contact and professional details, the content of messages, any attachments and information needed to handle the enquiry, where you provide them yourself.
• Technical data — data necessary for the secure operation of the hosting, for example IP address, request time, device type and security logs, where the infrastructure provider processes them.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• handling an enquiry, arranging a demonstration or pilot collaboration — pre-contractual negotiations and legitimate interest in business communication;
• operation and security of the website, prevention of misuse and incident handling — the Controller's legitimate interest in protecting the service;
• fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations — performance of a contract or a legal obligation depending on the specific situation.

5. Recipients and transfers

To the extent necessary, data may be processed by providers of e-mail, hosting, security and IT services acting on the Controller's instructions. For delivery and technical processing of the contact form, PERITRA uses the external service of Formspree, Inc. Data submitted through the form and related technical data may therefore be processed by this provider, and processing or transfer may also take place in the United States of America. The specific contractual regime, the legal mechanism for any transfer outside the EEA and the service configuration must be verified against the actual account configuration before public launch.

6. Retention period

We intend to retain contact and business communication for no longer than 24 months from the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is needed for contractual or statutory obligations. The period for which form data or related technical records may be stored with the external provider depends on the final contractual and technical configuration of Formspree and must be verified before public launch. Security and technical logs are otherwise retained only for a period proportionate to their purpose and according to the final hosting configuration.

7. Your rights

Under the conditions of the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

8. Security and contact

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures according to the risks of the processing. Please send a request or security notice to info@peritraholding.com. Before handling a request we may reasonably verify the identity of the applicant.

9. Changes to this policy

The final document must be updated whenever the contact process, analytics, cookies, hosting or other processing of personal data changes.
